In my mid-forties and with no martial arts experience, I joined two months ago wanting to lose weight and gain fitness. I was previously a member of a normal gym, but found it too easy to let my attendance slide and I didn't see much in the way of results after 12 months of membership. Flow is different. I really feel part of a team, and that the staff are genuinely committed to helping me achieve my goals. In addition to be stronger, fitter and leaner, I've made some new friends and gained some skills in things I never imagined I'd enjoy! Joining this gym was a great decision and I can't recommend it highly enough!
O melhor e mais completo gym de Cascais, localizado bem no centro, perfeito pra pegar uma praia aps um bom treino! Professores qualificados e atenciosos. Recomendo sem dvidas!
A great gym and a fantastic team. Although I had no previous experience in jujitsu or Muay Thai the team were extremely welcoming. David and Alan are both fantastic trainers, every session is fun and the team are always smiling. The gym also provides great yoga sessions and an amazing combat HIIT. A perfect gym for all your fitness needs, and what better way to finish a session than having one of the super good smoothies available. Would 100% recommend.
A great place to train. A big Happy family. I train twice a week and already my shape has changed. I am getting really fit and toned up. Age is no barrier and we are all at different levels and we are all helped and encouraged by the amazing trainers.
